Well what a difference a few weeks makes in this ever changing surreal world? Here we are again in lockdown in Victoria where mask wearing has become compulsory with the virus numbers continuing to soar to unprecedented levels. However whilst the media can bombard us with so much doom and gloom it is really important to connect yourself with those that can help keep you sane and positive.

One such person is Alex Morgan, I often bump into Alex during my morning bayside walks and this week unbeknownst to her she really lifted my spirits which is why she is this month’s superstar Girlfriend. She has always been a massive supporter of the GGs too! She is ever so humble and required a lot of coaxing but it’s the quiet ones who often have the wisest words to share especially in these challenging times.
