Welcome to the first GG newsletter for the decade!

I love the start of every year, fresh thoughts, new energy and a renewed revitalisation ready to take on another year and decade with gusto. Sometimes however, it can also just feel like groundhog day, another year, another ideology of how to make this year different than the last and there was no doubt that this year the return to work was no easy feat after a fabulous break with my family and friends.

However this year, whilst this thought is not entirely earth shattering, what inspired me was the people I work with and truly realising that leaning heavily on their positive energy is all that I need to continue to drive forward and get excited about being back at work for yet another year. For me there is no greater passion than entrenching myself in my respective work communities because without my connections with these people there is no real inspiration.
